The Grand Avenue Civic Park in downtown LA, focus of the Lear Center's Grand Intervention project, is moving closer to becoming a reality with news that Final Construction Documents should be approved by the Community Redevelopment Agency this week. A final approval hearing at the County Board of Supervisors is scheduled for June 1st.
